Shipping Policy

Neon Harbor products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party print and shipping partners. Because each item is produced on demand, orders go through a short production step before they ship.

Production time

Most items are produced within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time

• United States: 3–8 business days (US) after production.
• International: 10–20 business days (international) after production.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons can add time. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to the fulfiller due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require you to cover reshipment.
